The space

This 3-bedroom 2- bathroom single story home is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in heart of Katy, TX.

The master bedroom is with an ensuite bathroom with standing shower, large closet, multi-purpose dressing area (can also be used as workspace), and a king-sized bed.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with standing shower. Both bedroom have queen-size beds . Both bedrooms have large closets which provide ample storage space.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the attic and any locked cabinets (black doorknobs)

 

Other things to note

Pretty straightforward, just treat the place like it’s your own and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

No outside guests that are not on the reservation without prior written approval.

PARKING: You will have full use of the parking spots in the front of the property and there is also ample street parking . Please do not leave the patio door open unattended.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (including patio and carports) . No Cigarettes , No Drugs, No Vaping, No Cannabis & No Cigars in or on premises.

No Pets allowed.

IMPORTANT: Accidents happen, if there is any damage to the property, please let me know right away. I may only have 3 hours to prepare for the next guest and advance notice really helps!

Early check-in / Late check-out

Under normal circumstances, it is very hard for us to accommodate early or late arrangements. The home gets a thorough cleaning and “reset” in between the hours of 11am and 3pm. The agreement we have with the housekeeping crew allows some flexibility for them to “turn the house” in that 4 hour window, on their schedule. Since any urgent scheduling requests come at a cost, and we pass these costs along to the person who requests the early check in or late check out. If you would like to request any special check in/out arrangements please let us know specifically what time you would like to check in or out ASAP, so we can make sure to accommodate your request. If no prior agreement was confirmed by host in writing, late check-outs past 11am will be charged 100% of the nightly fee.
